THE DEETS

Over the course of 20 years, we’ve streamlined things to the point that we can deliver high quality, beautiful websites in 5 business days. YES! We’ll do a one hour brand discovery call on a Monday, and deliver a working website online by end of day Friday.

This is for you if you are able to have a couple things ready to go for us.

  1. Your Visual Brand - do you have a logo you’re currently using? Great! If not, it’s not necessarily a deal-breaker, but we need to discuss whether it’s appropriate to start with a quick branding session before we dive into the website.

  2. You’re Ready To Pay and Go - We require a deposit of HALF of the website cost up front. Invoice must be paid before the brand discovery call. Final payment is due Friday morning before go-live. This protects your time and mine. What we’re doing is important and being dedicated to seeing it through is important for both of us.

  3. Your Availability - We’re going to turn around a website in a week for you. Do you have the availability to answer any questions that week promptly to avoid unnecessary delays? You are our sole focus during the week of your build, and we’re making you a priority.

the process

  • You will receive a google doc to fill out with ALL of the information that I will need to create your site. Think things like best contact information, checklist for uploading logos and photos to google drive, and a sheet with logins I will need to connect your domain, hosting, and new website. If I have any questions on this, we’ll address them in the brand discovery call.

  • Once you reach out and commit to the brand discover call, you’ll be invoiced for HALF of the quoted website design cost. Websites start at $3999, but the addition of pages can increase the cost. We’ll figure that all out BEFORE the call so there’s no discrepancies.

  • From our brand discovery call, I will mock up a mood board with suggested look and feel for your new website. This will include imagery, font combinations, and color schemes that I feel will accurately portray your business. Once you sign off, the actual design will begin.

  • Once the site has been mocked up using the website visual guide you’ve approved, I will send you instructions for proofing your new website.

  • After approving the look, feel, and style of your new website, we’re ready to launch! You’ll be invoiced for the remainder of your website fee, and once that payment comes through, we will launch your new website, and send you an “offboarding” email with your login instructions and how to access your new site! Congratulations you’ve got a brand new website in a week!
